Vortex offers its employees a compensation program that is competitive on a local, regional, or national level, depending upon the position. Compensation for all Vortex employees is reviewed annually and adjusted on the basis of individual performance.
Vortex supplies its full-time non-union employees with a medical insurance plan that provides comprehensive care from a carefully selected network of providers. Plan components include medical and dental plans.
401(k) SAVINGS PLAN
Vortex’s 401(k) Savings Plan is designed to provide a convenient, tax-efficient method to save for retirement. All non-union Vortex employees are eligible to participate following one calendar year of service. The plan provides 12 self-directed investment options managed through American Century Investments.
VACATION & HOLIDAYS
Vortex offers 10 days of annual vacation for the first five years of employment and 15 days thereafter. Vortex recognizes 8 paid holidays annually.
